1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and am777 ("am777", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at am777.ws. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period specified by am777 shall entitle us to suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on am777, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to all am777 accounts:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the am777 Platform. 5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose.
